Billing is possible when you present your Kela card with the sickness fund number (12702) at the pharmacy or at the clinic’s cashier.
An invoice will be sent to the customer if they have not confirmed their membership in the fund on site. To prevent this, it is important that all members of the sickness fund show their Kela card at the cashier so that the billing is processed correctly.
